National Level 'General Knowledge', Health Education, Environmental Science, Social Science etc are the areas for students, upliftment and development of skills for which RAJASTHAN TECHNICAL EDUCATION RESEARCH COUNCIL is conducting the above examination on 30 Sep 2011 and 30 Oct 2011, For that The kind Co-operation of all the schools and institutions is expected.

 

EXAMINATION DETAILS

1.   Junior High Schools Category: Students (girls/boys) studying in upper primary classes – VI to VIII.

2.   Intermediate category: Students (girls/boys) studying in secondary schools or senior secondary schools in classes IX to XII.

3.   ITI Category: Students (girls/boys) studying in ITIs.

 

ELIGIBILITY:  

Students from class VI to XII and of ITI are eligible to participate in this examination. The heads of schools/institutions are authorized for issuing permission to students of other schools/instructions.
        

EXAMINATION FEES:

1.    Rs. 80/- [Eighty] from each student of Junior High School Category [classes VI to VIII]

2.    Rs. 100/- [One Hundred] from each student of Intermediate Category [Classes IX to XII]

3.    Rs. 100/- [One Hundred] from each student of ITI Category.

4.    Examination fee is to be deposited by principle/headmaster by a bank demand draft payable to "Rajasthan Technical Education and Research Council, Jaipur." The last date for the deposition of fee is 30 Aug, 2011.

 

RELAXATION IN THE FEE:  

Each school is authorized to allow three students participation in this competition without charging any examination fee to the girls/boys of war-widows, 40% handicapped, poor & First Class students of concerned school.

 

APPLICATION

For participation in above examination, a fair list of the participating students as per the following format is to be prepared by the concerned teacher/person with the seal and sign of the head of the institute. This fair list is to be sent to the RTERC, Jaipur.

Application forms complete in all respects with an over all list sealed and signed duly by the Head of the Institute with the bank DD of the requisite amount should be submitted to RTERC-Jaipur up to 30 Aug, 2011.

 

REMUNERATION :-

1. Centre Superintendent        -   Rs. 120/-

2. Examination In charge        -   Rs. 100/-

3. Assistants          -   Rs.   30/-

4. Postal Expense           -   Rs. 150/-

[Total expenses for conducting the examination is Rupee Four Hundred only]

 

SELECTION COMMITTEE:

The RTERC has been constituted a selection committee of five members for the declaration of results and selection of talented students. The decision of the committee shall be final and on submission in this regard shall be entertained.

 

AWARDS:

From every school, students attaining first position will be honored with Gold Medal, second position – Silver Medal and third position - Bronze Medal. 

Participations certificates will be made available at school level for each participating student to be given on the National Festival -Republic Day.

In this competition students securing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th position at State Level, will be eligible to participate in the National Talent Search Examination.

 

ESSENTIAL DIRECTIONS ABOUT EXAMINATION :-

1. If the candidates are 40 or more of the same schools, then that school itself will be the examination centre.

2. Examiners are to be appointed by the centre superintendent of the concerned exam. Centre and the RTERC is to be intimated about such appointment will is advance i.e. before the date of examination.

3. The RTERC has constituted raid parties. During sudden inspection if these parties find any irregularities in any centre, they have been empowered to declare the examination cancelled or to with hold result or to take any other action which is deemed fit.

 

DATE OF EXAMINATION – 30 Sep 2011 and 30 Oct 2011

 

MAXIMUM MARKS FOR EXAMINATION :

The question paper will be of 100 marks.

DURATION OF EXAM :  11.00 AM to 12.00 AM [60 Minutes]

 

MEDIUM OF EXAM : Hindi / English

 

QUESTION PAPERS :

1. There will be objective Type and short answer Type questions.

2. After receiving the application forms with a cumulative list and the requisite exam. Fee, the question paper will be made available at the concerned exam. centre. Local schools can obtain by hand from the RTERC office. In every district, the authorized Senior Regional Manager has been entrusted with this responsibility.

3. After the completion of the examination, the answer sheets are to be dispatched to the RTERC Headquarter in Jaipur in the stipulated period.

 

NATIONAL LEVEL AWARD :

From every state of India five students who have obtained highest marks in the state level Exam, will be selected for National Level Examination. The selected students will take second round of examination at the RTERC Headquarters in Jaipur. The RTERC will pay the original fare of the up and down journeys of the participating student and of one parent/guardian coming with her/him. The RTERC will also arrange for their Boarding (food) and lodging. The students securing First, Second and Third. Positions in the National Level Examination will be given gold medal, appreciation certificate and the award money 2,50,000/-, 1,50,000/- and 1,00,000/- respectively.

Note: Award money will given by the honorable Chief Minister/Union Education Minister in the form of a Bank fixed Deposit in the name of the winner student.

 

AWARD FOR HEAD OF THE INSTITUTE:

The Head of the Institute registering the highest number of students from her/his institute in the state will be honoured with the gold medal, a citation and a decorous amount in a National Level Function.

1. The Head of the Institute who registers 150 or more students from her/his institute will be honoured with Gold medal and citation in a National Level function.

2. The head of the Institute who registers 250 or more students from her/his institute will be honoured with gold medal and citation in a National level function.

 

AWARD FOR DEDICATED TEACHER :  

The class-teacher who register 35 or more students from her/his class will be honoured with dedicated Teacher Silver Medal.

 

SYLLABUS:   General Knowledge/Health, Education, Environment, Social Science, State/National Level Drives/Operations, Innovative Activities, Progress/Achievements, Research/Inventions etc.

 

PLACE FOR RECEIVING BOOKS :   

Books can be received from the office of the Chairman, RTERC-Jaipur by sending the bank DD of the full amount or can be received from our authorized Senior Regional Manager working in your district.

 

PRICE OF THE BOOK :

1. Junior High Schools Category  - Rs.  80/- Per copy.

2. Intermediate Category    - Rs.100/- Per copy.

3. ITI Category         - Rs.100/- Per copy.

SPECIAL PACKAGE FOR INSTITUTIONS/SCHOOLS :

 Rs. 10/- per student as event promoting Institutions will be given to such schools / institutions which send names of 150 or more students.

Question Papers and Answer sheets & participation Certificate will be made available by the RTERC.

DECLARATION OF RESULT:

     Result will be declared on 15 Dec,2011. Certificates will have been sent by 15 Jan, 2012 to the schools/institutes. Schools will distribute these at their level on 26 Jan, 2012. (Republic Day) to the students, in presence of chief guest along with our senior Regional Manager. National Level Award giving ceremony will be organized in Feb, 2012.
